Round Two Hollywood’s Sean Wotherspoon is regarded as one of the world’s foremost collectors of vintage garments and shoes. Sean created this hybrid Nike Air Max for the 2017 Vote Forward competition and won.

The voter’s approved of Sean’s design passion for 80’s culture, while also drawing influence from vintage corduroy caps.

The hybrid came to his mind as both the Nike Air Max 1 and 97 are his two favourite silhouettes, therefore he combined the two.

The upper consists of layered corduroy materials that contrasts the white midsoles that feature the classic visible air bubble. Plush fabrics line the inner of the shoe, while custom embroidered patches take their position on the tongue.
